Account Management
Password and Security

If your personal information (mobile number, email, address) changes, notify cckkk promptly. cckkk will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
cckkk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- False or incomplete registration information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Bonus abuse
- Evidence of being a minor
- Failure to complete identity verification

Deposit Rules

Bonuses and Promotions
cckkk offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each offer applies under specific terms.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
- The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
Wagering Terms
If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering is complete, the bonus will be cancelled. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contact the support team to find out the contribution rate for specific games.

Gaming Rules
General Gaming Rules

VIP Program
cckkk operates three VIP tiers. The Bronze tier offers weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. Progression to higher tiers depends on activity.
Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, it will be settled according to the latest information stored in the cckkk system. In the event of a serious technical fault, cckkk reserves the right to cancel the affected bets.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on cckkk. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture.
Identity and Account Fraud
- Opening an account using another person's identity
- Operating multiple accounts by the same individual
- Submitting fake KYC documents
Financial Misconduct
- Using a third party's payment method
- Chargebacks or payment fraud
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
Technical Misconduct
- Using bots or automated software
- Attempting unauthorised access to the system
- Intentionally exploiting game bugs or glitches
Bonus Abuse
- Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts
- Attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the terms
- Operating accounts collectively for the purpose of obtaining bonuses

Limitation of Liability

cckkk strives to ensure maximum uptime, however the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, third-party service failures, or unforeseen circumstances. cckkk bears no liability for compensation in such situations.
Internet Connection
cckkk is not responsible for any loss caused by issues with the user's internet connection. Ensuring a stable connection is the user's own responsibility.
Third-Party Services
cckkk is not responsible for the quality or availability of services provided by third-party game providers and payment processors. The respective provider's own terms and conditions apply in such cases.
Amendments & Termination
Amendment of Terms
cckkk reserves the right to amend these rules and terms at any time. Members will be notified in a timely manner for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Termination of Agreement
Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is advised to withdraw any pending balance before closing the account, subject to the applicable terms.
